You will assess existing systems, generate work bids, and foster connections with contractors and facility managers while collaborating across technical teams.Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business avenues in the ICI market
Drive electrical projects such as upgrades and retrofits
Build relationships with building owners and consultants
Evaluate jobsites to discover existing system prospects
Work with Electrical, Mechanical and BAS teams on proposalsRequirements:
At least 5 years of experience in electrical and controls
Knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, and BAS frameworks
Understanding of HVAC system dynamics
Solid communication and consultative selling abilities
