Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in creating and executing case plans
• Help resolve tenant issues and access resources
• Monitor participants for potential emergencies
• Provide assistance with developing life skills
• Manage program records meticulously
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Mental Health Worker Certificate from a recognized college
• Two years relevant experience in mental health
• Emergency First Aid/CPR Certification mandatory
• Possess a Class 5 Driver’s License
