Equans is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Surrey to lead the in office maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building envelope systems. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive adherence to health and safety standards and contractual KPIs.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance activities, supervising staff and contractors, and ensuring audits and budgets are met while maintaining uninterrupted facility operations.
