Your position includes overseeing contractor safety practices and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, contributing to a culture of safety across the site.Key Responsibilities:
Develop underground safety policies and programs
Participate in safety assessments and training
Respond to safety-related inquiries from staff
Assist with accident investigations and reporting
Align with health and safety initiatives for the mineRequirements:
3–5 years of relevant safety experience
Operational mining experience preferred
Deep understanding of Ontario mining regulations
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
