Our client is seeking a

Production Worker

to join their team in

CA3 Waterville, NS . As a Production Worker, you’ll be part of the

OPL

department, supporting day-to-day production needs by helping retrieve and process non-conforming product from tire building repair areas. If you take pride in doing things the right way, follow safety procedures, and enjoy hands-on work, this role is a strong match for you.

What's the Job?

Collect non-conforming product from non-conforming areas, including partially assembled or damaged uncured tires. Use hand tools and solvent to manually separate tread rubber from the body of the tire for recuperation back into the process. Support efficient reuse of rubber products by ensuring proper handling and processing of recuperable materials. Maintain accurate logs of products brought into the post and the weight of product that is not recuperated. Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and keep the work area clean and organized.

What's Needed?

Ability to perform repetitive tasks reliably and consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and correct processing. Manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools in a production environment. Punctuality and reliability to meet daily responsibilities and shift requirements. Willingness to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a moderately noisy, active setting.
