Deliver one-to-one ABA sessions in family homes under RBA supervision. Track data, run behaviour plans, support other Behaviour Therapists, and help each child make progress.

Experience working with children with autism

8+ years supervising ABA programs

ABA training or coursework preferred

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence

Supervise clinical programs, complete assessments, build treatment plans, and mentor Behaviour Therapists. Lead parent training and work with our clinical director.





RBA registration (Ontario)

10+ years supervising ABA programs

Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar tools

Strong written and verbal communication

Support children with autism through structured play, skill-building activities, and behaviour support under the guidance of a supervising RBA.

Degree or diploma in psychology or a related field

ABA training or coursework preferred

Passion for working with children and families

Available for afternoon and evening sessions
