Responsibilities Place, screed, float and finish concrete for driveways, walkways, pads and related flatwork
Complete edging, broom finishing, surface detailing and control-joint work
Assist with forming, reinforcement, grade preparation and pour-day setup
Monitor the concrete surface and timing during finishing operations
Use hand tools, finishing tools and job-site equipment safely
Support curing preparation, cleanup and an organized work area
What we are looking for Previous concrete-finishing or flatwork experience
Strong attention to lines, edges, texture and final appearance
Reliable attendance and the ability to work within weather-dependent schedules
Comfortable performing active outdoor work and lifting materials
Ability to work safely and communicate with a small crew
A valid driver’s licence and transportation are strong assets
Assist with concrete and outdoor construction projects through material handling, site preparation, base work, pour support, tool organization and job-site cleanup.

Responsibilities Assist with residential concrete, construction and outdoor improvement projects
Help with excavation, hauling, grading, base preparation and compaction
Move materials, organize tools and support concrete-pour activities
Assist with forming, reinforcement and basic concrete work under direction
Use common hand tools and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and organized work site
What we are looking for Dependable, punctual and prepared to work outdoors
Physically able to perform active work and lift construction materials
Able to follow instructions and communicate with the crew
Construction, concrete or landscaping experience is an asset but not required
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Support communication between customers, management and field crews

Comfort using spreadsheets, digital documents and estimating tools

Marketing Coordinator (Potential Responsibilities) Plan and create social‑media posts using real project photos and videos
Help update website content, service pages, blogs and project galleries
Support Google Business Profile posts, customer‑review campaigns and local promotions
Create simple graphics, captions, short videos and project updates
Track inquiries and basic marketing performance
Maintain consistent company wording, visuals and service information
Experience that may be useful Social‑media content, digital marketing or communications experience
Strong writing and the ability to explain services clearly
Basic graphic‑design, photo‑editing or video‑editing skills
Experience with websites, SEO, Google Business Profile or paid advertising is an asset
Organized content planning and reliable follow‑through
A portfolio or examples of previous work are helpful
