Identity & Access Management Lead Analyst / Security

Perm Employment, 3X a week onsite in Ottawa ON
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, implements, integrates, tests and manages solutions to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) business objectives .
- Involved in all phases of systems analysis , both the planning of system development and the technical design.
- Provide leadership and guidelines in the implementation of solutions, ensuring the use of best practices while adhering to established University architectural standards.
Must Haves:
- 7 years of experience in identity & access management , security, or related area
- 5 years of experience in solution development, platform engineering , and implementation
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts , including access certification, RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, and policy enforcement
- Extensive experience designing end-to-end business system solutions in a complex application and technology setting.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth , OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM
