As a Seasonal Dining Server, your main duties involve serving food and beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction in various dining areas, including the historic Wainwright Hotel. You'll engage in tasks from setting up the dining room to assisting with emergency procedures, always aiming to create a welcoming atmosphere and adhering to health and safety standards at Heritage Park.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present menus and take orders efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas per AHS standards




• Complete opening and closing duties diligently
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality preferred but not required
• ProServe certification preferred; must be 18 years or older
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Must complete a Police Information Check
