VON Canada is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. This part time position will have you working 37.5 hours bi-weekly, providing holistic care that includes physical assessments, palliative care, and more. You'll partner with healthcare professionals and manage chronic diseases, thus supporting patients to live healthier lives at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop care plans
• Provide primary care alongside healthcare teams




• Deliver advanced wound care and chronic disease management
• Manage IV therapy and dialysis for patients
• Facilitate palliative and end-of-life care effectively
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Ontario
• Minimum of three years of community or acute care experience
• Knowledge of palliative care principles required
• Willingness to travel using your vehicle
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check is needed
