Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 13 youth volunteers in project execution
• Facilitate weekly meetings with youth and community partners

• Support budgeting for projects and supplies
• Create and manage engaging content for social media
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in community program coordination
• Leadership skills and experience with youth
• Familiarity with anti-oppressive practices
• Knowledge of local youth issues and community resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
