Lead the East York East Toronto Family Resources as Executive Director in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves financial oversight and strategic leadership within a respected community support agency.

The Executive Director (ED) is accountable to the Board of Directors and ensures the effective management of day-to-day operations. With over 35 years of rich community involvement, EYET focuses on family support, early childhood education, and meeting diverse community needs. Your leadership will enhance service delivery while fostering partnerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational and financial management of the agency
• Direct the development and implementation of policies and programs
• Collaborate effectively with a volunteer Board of Directors




• Build community networks and partnerships to support families
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in non-profits
• Expertise in early childhood education and family support
• Solid financial management and budgeting skills
• Proven experience in community development and networking
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
