You will report to the Manager of the Engineering Support Division and manage a variety of engineering tasks including pilot projects and studies. The position entails collaboration with junior engineers and technical assistants, ensuring effective project management and adherence to regional guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage engineering design for water supply projects - Write and evaluate proposals for contractors - Develop forecasts for Capital Works budgeting - Lead cutting-edge engineering studies in water management - Provide expert technical advice on operational issues
Requirements: - Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering - Licensed as a Qualified Engineer in Ontario - Significant experience in municipal engineering - Proficient with MS Office applications - Valid Class 'G' Driver's License
