As an Outreach Support Mentor, you will collaborate with the Outreach Team and Spectrum Connections Team to ensure that program goals are met. You’ll plan, monitor, and document participant activities while fostering a positive, culturally competent environment.
Robust ethics, adaptability, and team collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct support to program participants
Participate in activity planning and monitoring
Ensure program documentation is accurate
Communicate effectively with team members
Uphold workplace policies and safety standards
Requirements:
Required outreach experience
Preferably two years in a related role
Current First Aid Certification Level 1
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Passing background checks required
