Interior Health Authority in Trail, BC is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital Pharmacy Team. You will deliver clinical pharmacy services in acute and residential care, provide drug information, and support medical staff with treatment decisions.

You will monitor drug therapy for safety and effectiveness, document findings in patient records, interpret orders, and dispense medications in accordance with legal and skilled standards.
