Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in diagnostic services
• Manage client information in the Diagnostic Services Department
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Operate office equipment including computers and fax machines
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for client support
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Preferred experience in direct public contact roles
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to work independently and manage interruptions
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
