Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate technical resources
• Monitor compliance with safety and housekeeping guidelines




• Develop training materials and conduct technician training
• Ensure timely set-up and repairs for equipment
• Manage contractors and budget for repair and maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience
• Experience in food manufacturing facilities
• Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent maintenance experience
• Millwright certification or Electrical License is an asset
• Familiarity with processing and packaging equipment
