Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 EUC support and Smart Hands assistance
Troubleshoot and fix desktop and laptop issues
Execute hardware installation and break/fix activities
Assist with basic networking and cabling
Document work and update ticketing systems

Requirements:
Previous experience in EUC and desktop support
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to follow onsite procedures independently
Preferred: own transportation and a basic toolkit
