Pursue an exciting career as a Millwright in a dynamic mountain workplace, focusing on the maintenance of lifts and essential infrastructure. This full time position offers a compressed workweek of four 10-hour shifts.
As part of a collaborative team, you will be vital in maintaining safety and operational reliability. The role requires a Journeyperson (Red Seal) Certification or consideration for Apprentices. Your expertise in hydraulics, electrical, or plumbing systems will help support maintenance tasks across various resort facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on daily maintenance and repair tasks
Perform preventative maintenance on chalets and lift systems
Adhere to safety codes and manufacturer schedules
Keep tools maintained and work areas organized
Communicate promptly for maintenance coordination
Requirements:
Journeyperson (Red Seal) Certification as a Millwright
1st, 2nd, or 3rd Year Apprentices considered
Training or experience in relevant fields is preferred
Robust understanding of OH&S; practices
Previous experience in the ski industry is an advantage
