This is an exciting opportunity for a CPA or CPA-candidate with a strong accounting foundation who is looking to move beyond traditional reporting and play a hands‑on role in financial analysis, costing, forecasting, and business decision‑making. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership, the Controller, and operations while supporting a growing Canadian and U.S. manufacturing footprint. and production performance Analyze and compare operational and financial performance across Canadian and U.S. manufacturing operations Identify opportunities for cost savings, improved profitability, and operational efficiency Leverage AI tools, dashboards, and financial data to accelerate analysis and support business decision‑making Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for ownership and senior leadership Support financial planning and analysis related to the company’s continued growth and expansion Collaborate closely with the Controller and broader finance and operations teams on ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives Qualifications CPA designation or currently in the final stages of the CPA program Approximately 3–6 years of relevant accounting, finance, or FP&A experience Strong foundation in cost accounting and/or management accounting, with the ability to apply these concepts in a manufacturing environment Strong Excel skills and experience building financial models Strong business acumen and the ability to connect financial results to operational performance Curious,
