The Role Entegris is currently seeking a Process Development Engineer to join our Scale-up and Manufacturing Readiness team. This position will be based in our Toronto facility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, scaling, and troubleshooting chemical manufacturing processes from laboratory through pilot and manufacturing scales. The engineer will work closely with R&D, Operations, EHS, and business teams to accelerate the commercialization of recent products and processes.



What You’ll Do Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize chemical processes. Develop process understanding through data analysis and engineering fundamentals. Lead scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing environments. Identify process risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot process issues during development and production campaigns. Support process characterization and process robustness studies. Use modeling software e.G. ASPEN, Visimix, etc. to simulate processes. Support technology
