Key Responsibilities:
• Perform opening and closing venue duties

• Troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Assist with training and recruiting team members
• Provide excellent guest service throughout experiences
Requirements:
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with cash transactions and POS systems
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Previous retail or service experience preferred
