You will collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and franchise partners to support strategic initiatives and achieve shared goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strengthen relationships with key insurance partner stakeholders, including leadership teams and regional contacts.Develop and execute Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) to drive growth and performance.Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning meetings.Monitor KPIs, volume targets, market share, and profitability metrics.Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business growth.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and partner updates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the partner and Fix Network.Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.5+ years of experience in collision repair, insurance, account management,
