Your role will include delivering specialized services, helping with personal care, and ensuring a positive quality of life through skill development and recreational activities. The team is dedicated to empowering young people with developmental disabilities and emotional challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality, specialized support in line with agency standards
• Provide direct assistance to individuals in homes and community




• Implement and monitor behavioral support plans and data
• Assist with personal care and home maintenance tasks
• Document client records accurately and maintain case notes
Requirements:
• Experience with developmental disabilities or mental health
• Knowledge of personal care assistance techniques
• Relevant post-secondary education in Human Services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle
