Realstar, a leading residential property management company, seeks an Assistant Resident Manager to live in office at a Cornwall, Ontario property. You will share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, with on-call some evenings.
You will handle rents, show suites, coordinate cleaning, perform minor maintenance, prepare apartments for new residents, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
