BUSINESS ANALYST (1 vacancy) Reporting to: Manager of Fleet & Business Support Department: Public Works Classification: PERMANENT Full Time; Unionized Salary Range: $42.05 - $47.24/hour as per Schedule “A” Hours of Work: As per CA. Duties and Responsibilities: The Business Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Public Works work order management system and related operational applications. The position works with Public Works divisions and other stakeholders to document business requirements, map processes, and develop system workflows that support maintenance, asset management, scheduling, routing, preventive maintenance, and service delivery activities. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining work order system modules; configuring tasks, schedules, resource requirements, preventive maintenance plans, due dates, meter points, and user access; and supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of the County Cartegraph work order management system.
