Key Responsibilities:
• Screen clients for eligibility for various health services
• Facilitate links to community and government resources




• Provide health outreach services in shelters and encampments

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Welfare Aid/Social Services Certificate
• 1-2 years working with marginalized populations
• Valid BC Driver's license and personal vehicle access
