Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading assembly operations and managing project teams. This role requires 3-5 years of manufacturing experience and includes supervising tasks, training employees, and maintaining production flow. You’ll also conduct audits, assist in safety improvements, and help drive recent product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assembly team and communicate daily objectives
• Conduct performance evaluations with supervisory support
• Perform safety audits and employee training
• Generate non-conformance reports on production issues
• Assist in assembly process rework and prototype production
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, ERP systems
• Ability to read complex drawings and schematics
