Our client seeks a skilled Electrical Draughtsperson / Designer to join their technical team supporting projects across various sectors in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
- Assist engineers in the design process by creating models, diagrams, and component lists.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, client specifications, and relevant industry codes (e.g., SANS).
- Review and update existing electrical documentation as required.
- Coordinate with project teams to incorporate design changes and resolve drafting issues.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard copy drawing archives.
Requirements
- National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Draughting.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Draughtsperson or Designer.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD software.
- Understanding of electrical symbols, standards, and terminology.
- Familiarity with power distribution, control systems, and schematics.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
