Job Summary

Supervise daily operations of accommodation, travel and tourism services to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Coordinate staff, workflows and compliance with industry standards to support efficient service delivery.

Main Duties

- Supervise and coordinate front-line teams including reception, housekeeping and guest services to maintain service standards.
- Develop and manage staff schedules and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Train, mentor and evaluate team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, implementing service recovery measures as required.
- Monitor inventory, supplies and facility maintenance needs; coordinate procurement and vendor services.
- Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation requirements.

Requirements

Secondary school diploma; post-secondary education in hospitality, tourism or related field is an asset.





Minimum two years of supervisory experience in accommodation, travel or tourism services.

Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution experience.

Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Proficiency with reservation or property management systems and common office software.

Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards applicable to the industry.
