Bussers at the Rio provide attentive service to our customers and support to our entire team. This includes:

- Working closely with team members to provide an exceptional experience to each of our guests.
- Delivering chips, salsa, and beverages to tables and refilling these items as needed.
- Clearing empty plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils off of tables.
- Re-setting tables, sweeping floors, and preparing tables for current guests after previous guests' departure.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and, sometimes, a mob-like crowd.
- Ability to remain highly aware of customers' needs.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and a team-player mentality.




- Highly adaptable and able to prioritize duties in order of importance.

Physical Requirements

- Must be able to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours per day).
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs for distances of up to 10 ft.
- Must be able to balance and move up to 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 ft.
- Must be able to understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment.
- Must be able to visually recognize proper food presentations and food quality.
