Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a energetic Full-Time Centralized Operations Reservations (CORE) Agent. You will be the first and last impression of the hotel, handling calls, selling services, and coordinating reservations across rooms, spa, dining and room service.
The role requires excellent communication, strong problem solving, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Smart Serve certification and hospitality education are preferred.
