Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate construction crew schedules
• Ensure adherence to RWC safety and quality standards
• Conduct site walk-throughs to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with P&C; for safety training compliance
• Monitor labor budgets and performance on projects
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• 10+ years supervising construction crews
• Knowledge of building technology and project management
• Valid First Aid and safety certifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
