BWXT Canada Ltd. in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Labour Relations Specialist to manage manpower planning, grievance administration, union relations, attendance management and support arbitration and contract negotiations.
You will report to the Manager, Labour Relations and work onsite with a focus on administering the USW Collective Agreement, coordinating layoffs and recalls, and fostering team-oriented relations with the union and supervisors.
