Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist at a skilled nursing facility in Massena, NY. This role focuses on providing quality speech therapy and achieving optimal patient care.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work in full-time, part-time, or PRN capacities to develop, direct, and implement speech therapy services. Your essential tasks will include evaluating patient needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and instructing patients and staff on effective speech-language strategies. Documentation will be performed in compliance with CMS standards using NetHealth EMR systems.
