Durham Regional Police Service is seeking a civilian analyst to design and conduct custom analyses, program evaluations, and research projects to support strategic decision‑making. You will plan methodological research, review literature, and develop measures, collecting data through surveys and SQL-based extractions.
Responsibilities include presenting findings via dashboards, reports, and executive briefings, maintaining LMS databases, and developing KPIs for training and performance.
