This role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive treatment and advance care planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and order diagnostics
• Develop and manage evidence-based therapeutic care plans

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and policy development

Requirements:
• Registration as an NP (adult) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master's in Nursing or equivalent NP certificate
• 3 years NP experience in Oncology
• Certification in Oncology Nursing or palliative care preferred
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
