Key Responsibilities:
• Guide strategic planning with senior operations team
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives
• Provide oversight to nursing and operational budgets
• Assist in staff recruitment and performance management
• Conduct audits and monitor safety compliance
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Management experience in long-term care settings
• Knowledge of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act
