As a Purchasing Agent/Interior Design Support, you will report to the Senior Interior Designer and manage procurement for multifamily, senior living, and commercial projects. You will ensure that all interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment are sourced accurately and timely. This position is essential for aligning artistic vision with practical procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials for design projects
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors
• Track orders, deliveries,



and project installations
• Maintain budgets and procurement documentation
• Support designers with material specifications and schedules

Requirements:
• 2–5 years in interior design support or procurement
• Experience with FF&E; and vendor coordination
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with design software is preferred
