This senior role focuses on providing independent risk oversight across technology, data, and transformation. You will partner with senior leaders within Technology and Operations to support effective risk management. Your responsibilities will also include the development of policies and frameworks tailored to maintain Aviva Canada’s risk appetite and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide second line oversight on Technology, Data, and Cyber Risks
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure informed decision-making
• Monitor technology and transformation risk exposures
• Contribute to development of risk frameworks and policies
• Support regulatory engagement and risk reporting to committees
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 15+ years in data governance or analytics
• Significant enterprise risk experience in financial services
• Proven leadership in managing transformation initiatives
• Solid executive-level stakeholder engagement experience
