In this crucial role within the Human Services Department, you'll support the Program Compliance and Audits team while serving as a key decision-maker and subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include managing audit findings, educating team members, and generating performance reports. You will also oversee quality control in eligibility review processes, making a significant impact on Minnesota's health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct eligibility reviews for quality assurance
• Review medical claims errors for compliance
• Develop dashboard performance reports for audits
• Revise reviewer manuals for team guidance
• Act as resource for eligibility audit team
Requirements:
• 3 years of program eligibility/auditing experience
• Proficient in MAXIS, METS, MMIS, and PRISM
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
• Master's degree may substitute for more experience
