The Audit Project Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit, guiding teams throughout the audit cycle. This role requires robust leadership, excellent understanding of IIA Standards, and proficiency in audit methodologies and technologies. You will manage risk assessments, maintain client relationships, and ensure quality in audit findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish audit scope and objectives
• Review audit working papers for compliance
• Keep Internal Audit management updated on projects
• Maintain communication with clients during audits
• Draft audit findings for client discussions
Requirements:
• Accounting or audit designation preferred
• 5+ years in internal auditing roles
• Solid knowledge of IIA Standards and risk management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
• Experience with audit management software
