At Thrive Creative, you will be the primary engagement leader, responsible for understanding client needs from minimal briefs to full project plans. You will manage the development lifecycle, make prioritizations, and build solutions independently, integrating modern web technologies and AI tools in your workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engagements from initial contact to delivery
• Interview stakeholders to gather requirements thoroughly
• Develop applications using TypeScript, React, Node, and AWS
• Provide weekly updates and manage client communications
• Handle integrations and unglamorous legacy system challenges
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proven track record of end-to-end client delivery
• Strong skills in contemporary web stacks and AWS
• Experience integrating external systems
• Daily use of AI coding tools in projects
