Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for the vision, strategy, planning, public profile, impact and operations of Carleton’s art gallery
Qualifications Knowledge of leadership practices in people management, strategic planning and risk management, policy development, financial management and stakeholder relationship management
Knowledge of Canadian and international art, historic and contemporary
Knowledge of best practices in public and educational programming
Knowledge of funding models and fundraising from public and private sources
Knowledge of marketing and communications planning and execution
Education And Experience Completion of a graduate level degree in art history or a related discipline
Minimum of four years of previous experience in the direction, leadership and operations of a public art gallery
