As a Senior Estimator reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating, you will spearhead the estimating process and oversee tender closings. Your expertise will encompass reading plans, understanding contracts, and preparing comprehensive budgets ranging from Class D to A. The position emphasizes collaboration with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure accurate and productive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review plans and specifications for discrepancies
• Complete various budget formats (Class D-A)




• Organize subtrade distributions & bidding processes
• Solicit bidders and ensure positive tender results
• Lead project team meetings and workshops

Requirements:
• 10+ years in the ICI construction industry
• Engineering or Construction Management degree required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Gold Seal Certification or LEED accreditation preferred
