This role requires seven years of relevant experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, and project governance. You'll establish frameworks for workforce and resource forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and enhancing capital program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Engineering's Resource Management Strategy
• Create workforce forecasting and capacity planning practices




• Conduct resource gap analysis and mitigation recommendations
• Implement resource allocation frameworks and standards
• Support senior management with strategic advice on resource optimization

Requirements:
• University degree in Business or related discipline
• Professional designation such as PMP is a plus
• Minimum seven years in resource management or capital planning
• Proven experience in complex project environments
• Strong communication and analytical skills
