Adecco is currently hiring an Account Executive Assistant for a full-time opportunity in Calgary, AB.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, administration, invoice processing, credit review, and office support.
As an Account Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Account Executives by assisting with client account management, invoice processing, collections activities, account monitoring, and administrative coordination.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Review account information and identify potential issues, including credit limits, delinquent accounts, and verification concerns.
Support invoice verification activities according to company policies.
Assist with invoice status inquiries and collection calls on overdue accounts.
Order and review credit reports following company guidelines.
Create and distribute debtor notification letters.
Support the timely submission of invoices to debtors.
Assist with special projects and client-related requests.
Accounts Receivable & Collections Monitor account activity and outstanding receivables.
Assist with collection efforts and account follow-ups.
Support reserve releases, fee rebates, and account maintenance activities.
Assist in creating and distributing default notices when required.
Help maintain accurate client and debtor records.
Administration & Documentation Maintain organized files for invoices, schedules, reports, and client documentation.
Assist with client profile updates and factoring program modifications.
Monitor system reports and update records as required.
Support the maintenance of legal and client files.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 6 to 12 months of accounting, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related financial administration experience is considered a strong asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making and receiving phone calls with clients regarding account status, invoices, and payment inquiries.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with accounting, CRM, or ERP systems is an asset.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong customer service skills and a qualified, positive attitude.
