Execaire Aviation seeks an Aircraft Charter Sales Manager to enhance client interactions and drive sales at our YUL location. This role focuses on converting flight inquiries into profitable charter services.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this manager will engage with new and existing clients to provide third-party charters and manage sub-charters. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales skills, aviation knowledge, and the ability to develop customer relationships. Your role significantly impacts the growth of our charter services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to company procedures and policies
• Analyze customer needs and aircraft capabilities
• Prepare for and attend industry trade shows and conferences
• Maintain accurate records of leads and contacts
• Organize charter flights, including logistics and customer preferences

Requirements:
• College or University diploma in a relevant field
• 3+ years of aviation sales experience
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Exceptional customer service skills
