You will triage requests, assess needs and offer clinical recommendations, developing and evaluating care plans in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists and nurses. The role requires an unrestricted nursing license in Canada, robust telemedicine coordination, and the ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
