As Director of Health, Safety and Workplace, you will enhance Kinetic’s proactive safety culture. This executive role requires a strong background in incident management, operational excellence, and risk compliance. Your leadership will ensure HSE integration into all operations while fostering continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and sustain a high-performing HSE management system
• Integrate health and safety into project planning and execution
• Foster a proactive safety culture among all employees
• Ensure regulatory compliance and COR certification
• Manage serious incidents effectively to minimize impacts
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in an HSE leadership role
• 10 years experience in an HSE role
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation preferred
• OHS experience in the construction industry is a strong asset
